We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Services Coordinator (12 month fixed-term, 35 hours per week) to join our Region 2 Headquarters team in Tauranga. Reporting to the Regional Business Services Manager, you'll be part of a team committed to delivering outstanding administrative support across a wide range of services including fire risk management, property, fleet, plant and equipment, safety health and wellbeing and ICT.
Responsibilities include performing a wide range of administration tasks such as:
- Office management - maintaining office and stationary supplies, organising inwards and outwards mail, filing, information management, and responding to general enquiries etc.
- Meeting management - room bookings, invitations, catering, travel, accommodation, agenda writing and minute taking etc.
- Finance - banking, accounts payable and receivable etc.
- Asset and fleet management - disposals, transfers, repairs and maintenance, contractor liaison, insurance claims etc.
- Responding to requests for official information
Other opportunities which may present themselves depending on your skills and experience are:
- Diary and email management
- Business writing - letters, business cases, project briefs, report writing etc.
- Project coordination and administration
- Finance reporting
- Corporate communications - newsletters, social media, intranet, key messaging etc.
- Business process improvements
Specific skills we're looking for include:
- Top-notch computer literacy with full competency in the MS suite of applications
