Receptionist/Dental assistant
The successful candidate should have reception and administration experience, preferably in the health sector. You will need to be people-orientated and have an enthusiastic approach to reception duties, strong customer service skills, and good knowledge in administration duties. Dental assistant experiences would be preferably but not essential.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Reception desk duties
• Patient bookings
• Preparation of invoices
• Document processing
• General administration support
• Chair-side/lab assistance
• Other general office duties
To be successful in this role you will require:

• Outstanding phone manner.
• The ability to empathise, with a strong focus on customer service and patient care.
• Able to resolve customer issues in a diplomatic and understanding manner.

• A punctual and reliable work ethic.
• A willingness to go the extra mile.
Standard hours of work will be 35 hours per week. Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
