Great administrator opportunity in a supportive team!
We have a great opportunity available within the Service for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and mature individual to provide excellent day to day administrative support to the various members of this team. The role involves transcription for dictated clinical documents, patient filing, telephone reception, clinical data entry and general administrative duties.
We are keen to hear from applicants with, strong organisational skills, fantastic telephone skills, excellent communication and who work to deadlines. The ability to work well in a team is vital. A high level of clinical data entry and typing skills is expected with great attention to detail and accuracy.
You must have:
- Intermediate to advance MS office skills including Word, Excel, MS Outlook and other applications as may be required from time to time.
- Experience in Clinical transcription and Data entry
- Fast and accurate keyboard skills
