Due to positive growth in our Classic Developments Tauranga team, we are looking for a proactive and experienced Administrator to provide quality administration and project support to the General Manager and wider Classic Developments business.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Administration: travel bookings, minute taking, preparing documents, coordinating calendars and maintaining the schedule of our projects
  • Sales and Marketing:  maintaining our sales maps, our website and helping produce our monthly newsletters. Assisting with the preparation of tender submissions.
  • Project Work: various tasks/projects and their implementation within our business

What we need:

  • Someone who displays solid administration experience, coupled with a high level of competency in the Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Sales/marketing experience and/or project administration experience would be an advantage;
  • Someone who displays a great level of attention to detail and takes pride in their work;
  • A go getter, with strong initiative, who is used to working to tight deadlines and delivering on time;
  • Someone who isn’t afraid to muck in and get things done, and is adaptable to constantly changing circumstances
  • Housing or development industry experience preferred but not essential.
