My client is seeking an experienced Frontline Administrator with the “X-Factor” to join their warm and friendly team based in Albany.
Our role will see you meeting and greeting visitors, arranging mail & couriers, ordering stationery, coordinating catering, arranging travel and coordinating property maintenance matters.
The role will suit someone who has a bright, bubbly personality with a positive attitude and likes to keep their fingers on the pulse.
Experience required for this role:
- Previous Frontline Reception experience in an office environment
- Be customer focused
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong computer skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Bubbly, outgoing and enthusiastic personality
- Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
Hours 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday
The role commences on 30th July 2018 to 21st August 2018 and you must be able to commit to the full length of the assignment
