The  role

The primary focus of the role is being responsible for the office management and administration.

The role offers variety: events coordination, office management, and administration providing accounting support.

Commercial development of existing clients, procurement of new clients.

The ideal person will love to be busy, a team player and will have a can-do attitude.

Key responsibilities

  • Help plan and constantly review office services 

  • Determining office service standards

  • Setting work priorities and coordinate office business 

  • Responsible for diary management and preparation of documentation

  • Liaise with professionals to facilitate to facilitate resolution of problems 

  •  Creating, maintaining and entering information into database 

  • Prepare statements, invoicing and journal transactions

  • Events coordination

  • Office administration and support 

  • Ensuring office equipment and supplies are maintained 

  • Will also be responsible for the recruitment of staff when necessary

  • Will also be responsible for the allocation of staff space and equipment 

  • Once we have more staff, the training,   management and performance management of the staff will be your responsibility

  • Retention and commercial development of existing clients follow up customers 

  • Contribute to Accounts to Go sales / marketing plan and strategies 

  • Procurement of new clients 

  • Ensure health and safety regulation compliance at all times 

The above outlines the daily tasks of this position, however between April 1st November, each year there are multiple end of accounts to complete there will be a number of accounting tasks to complete in this time.

Key requirements 

  • 3 years administration, management or sales experience within a demanding corporate environment to multiple client profile 
  • Great customer service 
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles 
  • Strong organizational, networking relationship building and negotiation skills
  • Technical and computer skills(ability to use Word, Powerpoint ...)
  • Ability to close sales 
  • Ability to work well without supervision
  • Ability to achieve deadlines 
  • Demonstrate agility and responding to changes in priorities at short notice 
  • Preferably able to speak french as this is where our market is moving towards
  • Proactive attitude 
  • Be flexible, adaptable to the workload and highly organized 
  • Discreet,trustworthy,flexible self-motivated ,punctual
  • Ability to work as part of team and autonomously 

Full-time Job 

Hours of work: 09 AM to 05 PM Monday to Friday.

This job requires some travel within Franklin and will be reimbursed by  on receipts.

Ongoing training will be provided.
