About the role
You will be part of a small, close knit team that provide customer and operations support to the Sales team. This role is a mix of sales support and customer services
Responsibilities
- Deal directly with existing client queries via phone, email or in person.
- Process new orders into the system via SAP or other ERP programs
- Keep in constant communication with the sales team when there are potential delays on products purchased
- Work closely with the Sales team and other internal stakeholders
- Use your problem solving skills and initiative when dealing with escalated queries from the team
- Build strong relationships both with internal and external clients
Skills
- Previous experience in sales support or customer services ideally FMCG, manufacturing or logistics
- Intermediate computer skills with fast and accurate data entry.
- Great communication skills verbally and written
- Excellent planning, prioritising, and administrative skills as well as a strong attention to detail
- Excellent Attention to Detail
- Team Player
