About the role

You will be part of a small, close knit team that provide customer and operations support to the Sales team. This role is a mix of sales support and customer services

Responsibilities

• Deal directly with existing client queries via phone, email or in person.
• Process new orders into the system via SAP or other ERP programs
• Keep in constant communication with the sales team when there are potential delays on products purchased
• Work closely with the Sales team and other internal stakeholders
• Use your problem solving skills and initiative when dealing with escalated queries from the team
• Build strong relationships both with internal and external clients

Skills

• Previous experience in sales support or customer services ideally FMCG, manufacturing or logistics
• Intermediate computer skills with fast and accurate data entry.
• Great communication skills verbally and written
• Excellent planning, prioritising, and administrative skills as well as a strong attention to detail
• Excellent Attention to Detail
• Team Player
