The Role
You will be the leader of this newly developed team, looking after a small team and always strive to exceed the client’s expectations. You will have an array of responsibilities that may include:
- Manage all customer’s emails, phone call & walk ins
- Organize company events and meetings
- Build relationships with external and internal clients
- Front of house, greeting anyone and everyone who walks through the door
- Organize travel, meeting rooms, resourcing anything that maybe needed
Skills & experience
- Previous experience in a Team Leader/Customer Service position
- High attention to detail, a wearer of many hats
- Experience in relationship building
- Ability to read and connect with all walks of life
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
