This role includes office management where you will be making sure the processes of the office are smooth and organised. You will be collaborating and providing administration support to the Director and team, which will enable optimal work performance and ensure it's an enjoyable experience for clients.
This exciting opportunity consists of the following but not limited to:
- Keeping the office resourced, stocked and tidy.
- Providing secretarial services
- Typing – written
- Typing – dictation
- Email management
- E-filing tax returns
- Processing debtor payments in MYOB
- Managing bank balances and making transfers;
- Preparing GST returns
- Undertaking the practice book-keeping
