We have some great opportunities for experienced Personal Assistants and Executive Assistants for ongoing roles in Wellington CBD. This is a chance to grow your skills and work with some excellent people.
We’re looking for someone with the ability to work well with people and prioritise a large number tasks in a fast-paced environment. A high level of communication skills, computer skills and phone manner are needed. We want someone who is a fast learner, can work well in a team environment, with a great work ethic and personal drive to meet deadlines and work well in a high-pressure environment. To be successful in this role great computer skills in the Microsoft suite is needed and experience with other programs is a big plus.
The duties of a PA/EA include:
- Managing and responding to communication
- Prioritising a number of important tasks
- General administration support
- Diary management and travel and itinerary arrangements
- Preparing documents
- Taking minutes
The role will be varied and interesting. It is perfect for someone with some experience as a PA or EA looking for a change of pace or to up-skill.
