Key responsibilities:
- General administration
- PA duties to the General Manager
- Organising calendars
- Arranging meetings and collating documentation
- Taking minutes and attending meetings
- Answering phones
- Entering invoices and making payments
- Bank reconciliations
- Ad hoc duties as required
Skills & experience:
- At least 1-2 years administrative experience
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Competent using systems including Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- A positive and professional attitude
