About the role:
See yourself working a clean and well looked after portfolio of 160 all within the Northern pocket, with leasing and admin support and the support of a hands on, and supportive Department Head.
Working in a brand new, state of the art office, equipt with a coffee machine and a stunning open plan layout, this role is fit only for the best in the industry.
Working with a medium to large sized Property Management team, you will be given state of the art training and computer systems, allowing you to provide a high level of service to landlords and tenants
About you:
- Must have a proven history of longevity in your previous positions;
- Residential Property Management experience;
- Your own vehicle and drivers licence;
- Real Estate agents rep or license;
- Polished and well presented;
- Stand out communication skills.
