Are you an energetic Property Manager with a lot of experience and willing to adapt easily to our Clients systems and procedures?
About the role
Our Client is located in Leeming has a total portfolio of just under 1000 properties with 5 property managers in the team. Our Clients Property Managers have been part of this close knit team from between 5 to 12 years – which proves our Client has an excellent Culture and Team.
Benefits and perks
Salary on offer is $62,000 with a car for outside work only and discretionary bonuses depending on KPI's.
Skills and experience
Your will be responsible for 120 properties, which will include the normal day to day property manager duties. There is no Business Development Management work required, no leasing (unless absolutely necessary) and No PCR's to undertake – PERFECT!
A strong Team involvement is vital and must be willing to work, play and act as a Team Member. Our Clients Principal has always maintained their decision based on their ability to be part of an extra extraordinary Team of professional Property Managers.
The Licensee is fully involved in property management and understands how hard it can be without good support and good systems.
Our Clients go beyond just "managing properties", they are strong believes and great customer service which reflects the growth of their portfolios organically. Everyone is a team player and each person is always willing to help out their team mates in times of overload.
