We are looking for a capable, high-energy Workplace Lead to work onsite at our client BHP, who occupy a brand new premium building. As the go-to person on the ground, you will lead our team to ensure all day to day operations are handled efficiently and delivered to the highest standards.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead and deliver workplace services encompassing facility management and workplace services
- Ensure operational standards and processes are implemented and delivered
- Stakeholder engagement and relationship management
- Lead your team to provide an exceptional customer service experience across all workplace activities
- Proactively manage Adelaide FM budget
- Develop new processes and systems and implement continuous improvement initiatives
About You
You will have a demonstrated history of leading high performing teams, you will confidently manage and influence positive business relationships with clients and have a capacity to respond to a changing work environment proactively.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of facility management, soft/hard services and project management
- Experience working in activity based working environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
