Your New Role
With unbeatable structures, incredible team culture and inspirational colleagues, this is a highly rewarding and autonomous role that will see you a champion of new Business Development within Property Management.
Your duties will include:
- Network with the residential and project sales teams
- Follow-up leads and book appointments
- Providing rental appraisals and signing up Agency Agreements
- Taking photos, writing property descriptions and getting rental properties to market
- Managing enquiries, showing and leasing properties
- Providing 6-star customer service to both landlords and new tenants to make sure the transition runs smoothly
About You
- 2+ years' experience within Real Estate Business Development (may also suit someone previously in sales or within property management with success in BDM)
- Strong negotiation and lead generation skills
- NSW Certificate of Registration current, own vehicle & license
- Lower North Shore area knowledge
- Money orientated & loves the buzz of a fast-paced role
