The current Department Head is fun, fair and innovative. We are looking to appoint an experienced Property Manager to be responsible for the portfolio of 180 end - end or we would also consider Assistant PMs looking to take a step up into their first portfolio.
- This is a modern and standout agency in the area.
- The portfolio is around 180 properties with amazing procedures and processes in place to ensure you can focus on customer service and doing your job well.
- The team have low arrears, zero outstanding routines and are on top of maintenance
- You will be provided support from the Dept Head, rental administrator and the Director
- Experience with CONSOLE and IRE would be an advantage.
