Raine & Horne Hervey Bay, a well established Real Estate office with a large rental portfolio, requires an experienced Property Manager who is looking for long term employment to join our team.

The Role

Day to day management of the existing property portfolio
High level of communication with Owners, Tenants and Contractors
Coordinating repairs and maintenance, lease renewals, property advertising and inspections
Processing applications, tenancy documents, property inspection reports and tenant placement

Skills and Experience

Must have prior experience as a Property Manager (minimum 12 months)
Must be able to work within a team environment
Exceptional customer service, well presented and bubbly personality
Willingness to go the extra mile
Must be comfortable in dealing with all aspects of property management

Requirements

QLD Drivers Licence
Real Estate Registration Certificate or Licensed Real Estate Agent
