We are looking for a motivated & energetic Sales Associate/ Lead Generator to join our sales team!
No experience required!
Our office has been established for 15 years we are located in a modern area in Mount Druitt next to McDonalds, Subway, Aldi & Gloria Geans. We have a great sales team culture led by Basel & Jack with excellent sales support we are looking for an agent that is willing to work hard to towards becoming a high achiever.
About the role:
- Capable of picking up the phone to prospect for new business
- Willing to door knock houses & complete marketing drops
- Comfortable having an income dependent upon their own actions & success
- Conducting "Open for Inspections" & private inspections
- Responding / follow up buyer enquiry emails/phone calls
The ideal applicant must be/ possess the following:
- Love the Real Estate industry, property & people that is self-driven with a hunger to succeed
- Excellent communication & people skills
- Well-presented & confident
- Must live locally & have good market knowledge
- Ability to work & plan independently, without being micro-managed
