The Role: 

• Manage a Portfolio of Approx.120 properties (Residential)
• Managing Repairs & Maintenance
• Dealing with Landlord & Tenant Enquiries
• Effectively Manage Rent Arrears
• Experience with Tenancy Tribunal Matters
• Maintain Statutory Records
• Comprehensive Understanding of the Legislation 
• Conduct Market Appraisals for New Business
• Apply Rental Increases in Accordance with Current Market Conditions
• Liaise with Property Management Team Regarding Leasing & OFI Times
• Saturday Inspections
