Your new company

Your new role
The role will be required to conduct onsite visits at our client properties to identify maintenance requirements on occupied and vacant properties and arrange for works to be undertaken as well as undertake work in progress and final inspections to ensure that works are carried out to standard
- Develop, implement and manage a planned program of maintenance by analysing Property
Assessment Survey (PAS) data. - Develop scopes of work for exceptional internal activities and statutory and regulatory items
such as disability modifications. - Ensure compliance with Building Code of Australia, the departments standards, policies and Contract Guidelines when issuing work to contractors .
What you'll need to succeed
-Be competent and experienced with using various computer systems,
-Preferably come from a trade background,
-Have experience with managing a process from inception to completion ideally in the project space,
-Have proven ability and maturity to work independently,
-Have the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
-Have sound judgement skills in terms of work ethics and basic fundamentals to complete the work at hand and align yourself to the vision and values of the organisation.
