Our client is a well-established and growing strata company, currently in search of a driven Strata Assistant to join their tight-knit team and further drive their growth and success!
This role will see you support their Strata Managers in handling their notable portfolio of developments- focused around the CBD and inner-city suburbs.
Our client is renowned for their excellence in the quality of their service, and pride themselves in facilitating the development of their staff. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to progress to a skilled Senior Strata Manager!
Your New Role:
• Supporting Strata Manager with day-to-day duties
• Coordinate trades and liaise with property managers and tenants
• Liaising with Owners Corporation as required
• Arrange quotations, repairs and maintenance for works required
• Assistance with fire and other regulatory certificates
• Strata Administration
• Prepare agendas and minutes for meetings
Key Requirements:
• Minimum 6-12 Months Strata experience
• Strata Certificate of Registration
• Experience using StrataMax (desirable)
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
• Genuine interest in developing your strata career
