We are currently recruiting for a Residential Property Manager with the following skills and experience to join a fantastic team based in the northern area of Adelaide:

• Minimum of 6 months proven property management experience (you might be an assistant/receptionist looking to step up)
• Thorough understanding of current legislation
• Confidence in dealing with landlords and tenants
• Knowledge of REST/Property Tree
• A sound understanding of the northern suburbs
• Be keen to learn and be passionate about the industry

A Certificate I in Property Management will be looked upon favourably and you will need to have a valid driving licence.
