Temp assignment - Our Client who is based in Doncaster is looking for an experienced Property Manager who has used REST previously to cover a portfolio of 150 properties on a temp basis with the potential to go perm.

The role;
Portfolio around 150 properties
Conduct Routine Inspections
Leasing
Sign ups
VCAT experience
Maintenance
Arrears
Communication with tenants and Landlords
Monday to Friday only
Ongoing temp assignment with potential to go perm

About you;
Must have at least 8 months + experience managing a portfolio
Must have experience using REST
Must hold a current Agent Rep Certificate
Must have current police check
Hold a current driver's license & own a reliable car for Property Management assignments
Excellent administration and communication skills
