Don’t miss out on the opportunity to work with a sophisticated, high end boutique agency known for their highly trained Property Management Team, located in Melbourne’s City of Boroondara. Currently seeking a Property Manager to join their extremely skilled team.

The Role: 
Managing a high end, well-maintained portfolio with plenty of support and training to structure your career to the best, Monday - Friday. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio in a tidy condition
  

• Managing a clean portfolio of 150 properties
• Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm
• 2 in 10 Saturdays ONLY (time in leiu)
• Escalated arrears management
• Liaising with Landlords & any escalated Tenant issues
• Conduct rental reviews & lease renewals
• Tribunal preparation & attendance

The Ideal Candidate:

• REST experience is preferred but not essential 
• Hold a Current Certificate of Registration and License
• Hold a current driver's license & own a car
• Ability to manage a growing portfolio
• Be a great team player
