Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Extensive liaison with landlords & tenants
  • Efficient resolution of maintenance issues and liaising with tradespeople and other suppliers accordingly.
  • Conducting regular inspections and meeting with all necessary compliance requirements.
  • Keeping up to date with relevant legislation and best workplace practice
  • Maintaining a high level of customer service and promoting awareness of the business by leveraging existing clients & contacts.

  • Experience as a property manager IDEALLY in the eastern suburbs.
