Who we need?
You – an experienced, customer focused property manager. You will oversee a manageable portfolio of up around 160 properties and be provided with all tools, training and mentoring required to succeed.
As a Property Manager with MICM you will also receive;
- Annual performance and pay reviews
- Daily support by our Team Leader and the General Manager who genuinely cares for their property managers
- Weekly team meetings, weekly one on one catch ups and weekly training
- Weekly "sleep in or go home early" rewards for the "team member of the week"
