Ongoing contract for a Property Manager in Sydney CBD up to $45 p/h

Your new company
Our client is a market leader in the property industry with a strong focus on commercial business. Due to growth they are looking for a dynamic property manager to work with them on a key portfolio.

Your new role

• Manage the day to day activities of a broad commercial portfolio
• Manage transactions including lease assignments and compliance management
• Manage the expectations of internal and external stakeholders
• Cover core property management duties such as finance and reporting
• Develop and implement initiatives, work practices, procedure and policies
  
  What you'll need to succeed
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Property Manager position
• Holder of a current real estate license or certificate of registration
• Customer service focused with strong commercial understanding
• Ability to interact successfully at a junior manager level
• Strong communicator and organised
