Our company
Carolans First National Real Estate is the leader in Property Management on the Sunshine Coast with 3 of the longest serving Property Mangers under the one roof.
This is an exciting time to be part of Carolans First National Real Estate, as we have become one of the Sunshine Coast's most prestigious Property Management offices.
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Property Manager to join the team. This is a great role for someone who is happy to take on a challenge and work in a fast paced environment.
As business owners, and Property Managers ourselves, we realise that Property Management can be testing at times, however with our systems in place, experienced staff to assist each other and a working environment where we care about our team, we promise to make your property management time enjoyable.
The role
You will form an important part of the Property Management team, ensuring the effective management of a residential portfolio. You will maintain a portfolio of properties and will be responsible for, but not limited to, the leasing, finances, inspections, maintenance entry and exit reports and finalisation of vacating tenants.
What you'll need to succeed:
The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:
- Current Real Estate Licence
- Experience in residential property management
- Excellent customer service focus
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Strong Microsoft, Console and ADL Inspect skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- A mature approach with a desire to build long-term value into your career
- Current manual driver's licence
