Our client is a leading provider within the utilities industry and based near the CBD. They are currently looking for a customer service representative to join their team on a short term basis on going.
Description
- High volume outbound calling
- Generating leads for the external sales team
- Identifying potential customers
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Closing sales with potential customers
Profile
- Prior experience with outbound/cold calling
- Exceptional phone manner
- Great communication skills
- The ability to engage customers over the phone quickly
- A "can-do attitude"

Job Offer
