About the role

As a Client Services Officer within our APM Service Centre, you will contribute to our growing business by being the voice of the business to our new and existing clients.  Working closely with your team leader and fellow team members you will have the opportunity to really help our clients improve their lives. A true passion for awesome customer service is a must and you will find you will be surrounded by likeminded people across the company. 

This position has plenty of scope for growth and development within your contact centre career from your solid background of contact centre and/or customer service experience.

As a Client Services Officer in the APM Service Centre you will be responsible to;

  • Be the first point of contact for our clients and potential clients
  • Provide engagement through key avenues of communication via Social Media Channels, LiveChat, Email, and Phone
  • Possess excellent phone manner
  • A natural flair for helping people help themselves
  • Respond and proactively manage general queries from customers, clients and other APM team members
  • Manage customer information across multiple core information systems
  • Able to liaise with internal and external stakeholders effectively to meet business objectives

Our ideal candidate:

  • Energetic, loves helping others and a problem solver
  • Previous experience in a high pace environment  - contact centre, retail environment or hospitality
  • Ideally you will have experience or strong interest in social media and web chat
  • Ability to work between the hours of 9am – 7pm Monday to Friday
  • Customer focus coupled with sales experience
  • Maximise every opportunity in front of you
  • Change should excite you
  • Attention to detail, initiative and being resourceful is paramount in this role

Requirements of the role

  • Complete a satisfactory National Police clearance on request
