About the Opportunity

In this role you will be the first point of contact for our existing customers to assist them with queries or changes relating to their insurance policies. 

You will receive comprehensive training and development as you learn all about the Life Insurance industry, products and services. An initial 4 week induction will be followed with on the job learning in a development environment.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Servicing inbound calls for new and existing clients within a timely manner to achieve team and individual service levels
  • Administering policy alterations
  • Building strong business relationships with our clients through delivering exceptional
  • Adhering to TAL Service Centre, Direct Distribution and Compliance guidelines

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • The ability to work on a rotating roster within the hours of 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday
  • Ideally minimum 2 years customer service experience in a contact centre environment
  • Ability to build rapport and relate to a wide range of people
  • Excellent administrative and database skills
  • Outstanding customer problem solving skills and ability to tailor information to suit individual requirements
  • Ability to achieve targets and work to deadlines
  • Insurance experience or exposure to medical terms or the medical industry highly regarded
