With growth, opportunity and prosperity at the core of what this business does, we are on the lookout for a high-achieving all-rounder Customer Success Executive with a can do attitude who loves working with and helping people achieve success.

You will be a naturally engaging person responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention, loyalty and product upselling opportunities. Working alongside with the Operations and Sales team, you will work closely with existing and new customers to ensure they are achieving great results through the use of the product whilst also looking to help improve upon any areas that may be challenging a client's success. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing the business in a professional, positive and friendly manner whilst demonstrating a relentless desire to achieve clearly communicated business goals and objectives.

Expectations of the role:

  • New customers - are given an outstanding onboarding experience, are able to extract maximum value from the product suite, are retained, and willing to refer company product to supply chain partners and other industry connections.
  • Existing customers - are given an exceptional ongoing customer experience whilst promoting new products to enable them continued success.
  • Assist with the Development of training material, conduct product training sessions and assist with sales administration tasks such as preparation of proposals and tenders.
  • Look at opportunities to develop sales and marketing activities to drive new business development.
About you:
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively with internal/external stakeholders and build rapport with a number of different personality types
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and promote a positive team environment
  • Effective phone and face to face communication skills.
  • Proven time management skills and ability to work to strict deadlines.
  • A team player who enjoys project ownership with the ability to prioritise tasks accordingly
  • Exceptional attention to detail and highly motivated
  • Previous experience within a sales environment
  • Passionate about technology and very tech savvy
  • Successful completion of university level degree
