Our client is a well-known Financial Services company, specialising in vehicle leasing and management services across the corporate, government, health and NFP sectors. Taking pride in their tailored solutions, they provide a wide range of services, including asset finance, fleet management and novated leasing. An exciting opportunity has now arisen for an engaging and confident professional to join a friendly team in a Customer Education Coordinator role. This position would suit a personable and organised individual, with prior Customer Service and administration experience.
Description
As Customer Education Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
- Contacting customers and booking activity for the team
- Managing calendars in outlook and communicating with the team to ensure events are booked to support strategies & targets
- Sending out follow up and confirmation emails and supporting documents
- Managing the customer database and providing updates for contacts
- Compiling marketing kits, packs and resources for sales activities, events and mail outs
- Supporting the resourcing and scheduling of events and representing the brand
Profile
Our client is looking for a personable and driven individual with:
- Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail
- A professional & confident phone manner
- Prior Customer Service and administration experience
- The ability to work well independently and in a team
- The flexibility to occasionally work outside normal business hours to assist with events
Job Offer
- Full time permanent role, working Monday to Friday, 9-5
- Fantastic Chatswood location, close to public transport
- $55K + super
