Description
Our After Hours branch fields calls from clients and candidates when the branch locations are outside of their usual operating hours, providing exceptional customer service and assistance with key tasks such as rostering, confirmation of shifts, payroll enquiries, reference checking and general support.
Training will be provided; however you will be required to attend one weeks’ training before commencing your regular ongoing hours.
Profile
The key to being successful in a Customer Care Consultant role will be:
- Proven ability in providing support to a sales function
- Contact Centre or Recruitment experience is highly desirable
- A demonstrated history of proactively communicating with and engaging key stakeholders
- Proven ability of problem solving and managing competing resources
- Expert consultation skills with strong vocational English
- Computer skills: basic internet, emailing, Windows, MS Office & Excel
