A well established multinational company is looking for a customer focused individual to join their in-bound call centre, providing excellent customer service and building relationships.
In this position you would have the vision to add value to your customer’s experience by offering them products and services catered to their individual needs. This is a customer focused role and no outbound SALES mean no targets and the opportunity to enjoy what you do. You will be provided with extensive training and support to be successful in this position and the prospect to go permanent.
Free your weekends, as the hours are Monday- Friday (full-time).
Some of your responsibilities include:
- Be the first point of contact for all customers.
- Be able to add value to the customers experience by promoting, upselling and cross-selling
- Identify when customer requires escalation
- Processing orders and invoices
- Liaising with internal and external stake holders

- Customer Service and Telephone Skills
- Analytical/ Problem Solving Attitude
- Industry Relevant Experience
- Contact Centre Experience
- SAP Experience Highly Regarded.
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
