About the role
 
Reporting to the Customer Service Officer, you will respond to general account queries, deliver accurate information to current and prospective customers, develop partnerships with key brokers whilst offering simple mortgage products with outstanding service.
 
Duties

• Respond to all general account inquiries
• Process daily transactions
• Support introducer accreditation process
• Open new accounts at a timely rate and with accuracy
• Liaise with relevant parties and stakeholders
• Manage new settlement processes

Skills and Experience

• Attention to detail
• Excellent organisational skills and telephone manner
• Relevant customer service experience
• Team focused attitude
• Self-motivated and desire to learn complex processes
