Woods & Co have partnered with one of Melbourne’s leading Commercial Solar companies and we're looking for an expert sales person to join this expanding team today.
  
We are looking for individuals who pride themselves on their work and have more than an ability to work autonomously. Not necessarily skilled in this field, however, have the composure to adapt to changing environments.

What do you do?

• Commercial Solar Power Sales - B2B
• Commercial Solar Hot Water Sales - B2B
• On the road sales (appointments set for you)
• Some inbound & outbound calls.
• General administration.
• Diary management.
• Achieve KPI’s & Targets.
• Liaise with internal office support team regularly.
• Working to an annual sales budget.
• Estimating, Costing & Tendering Proposals.
• Technical Support.
• Attend Trade shows.
• Development and research.

What do you need?

• 2-years on the road sales experience. (Commercial solar experience preferred)
• Knowledge of national and state legislation/incentives for solar power.
• Government and building industry relationships.
• A positive, can-do sales attitude.
• The ability & willingness to learn.
• Experience working autonomously.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent time management & organisational skills.
• Excellent written & verbal communication.
• Immaculate presentation.
• The ability to be highly flexible & adapt well to change.
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
• Well developed negotiation skills.
• Valid Australian drivers license.
