Considerable growth over the past year has required the creation of a new position at our head office on the Gold Coast. Fuzion Lighting is a national distributor of commercial lighting with branches in Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria
We are looking for a person with a friendly and confident attitude who has had experience handling customer enquiries in a busy administration department. The ideal person will be able to handle pressure and is able to multi-task. A fast learner will be key to the position and the ability to interact comfortably with all levels in the organisation will be essential.
This is a full time permanent position based at our Arundel head office and with a five day work week with no overtime required.
A summary of duties include
Taking incoming telephone calls from our customers, providing pricing and availability of products, liaising on product returns, liaising with other internal departments.
General office administration including document handling and filing.
Lighting product experience is not a necessity although preference will be given to candidates who have worked in an electrical wholesale environment.
