Our client is a fun and funky offshoot of one of Australia's largest vehicle buying and leasing companies. They're currently looking for a brand new cohort of Junior Sales Associates to train up and take on the world of car buying. Because buying a new car isn't just about dollars and cents for the customer, we're looking for people who are committed to providing amazing client service that can translate to big wins and lots of $$$ on the board!
This really is a fantastic next step for someone who is looking to grow their experience in the sales and marketing industry. On offer is a base salary of $47,500 (package) plus great commissions, adding together to form an overall OTE of $80-90k. All leads are warm and Monday to Friday business hours means you can say goodbye to weekend retail work or after hours cold calling.
Day-to-day duties of the role:
- Liaise directly with customers to help them secure the best deal for their car, supporting them every step of the way
- Maintain great relationships with a range of internal and external individuals, including dealerships, managers and finance teams
- Identify sales opportunities from an existing client database
- Achieve and exceed personal KPI's
- Up-sell and cross-sell parent company services

- Computer literate with Microsoft Office, Chrome, Outlook etc.
- Door to door sales or cold calling experience is an advantage
