Due to the continued growth of the business they are currently looking for a sales focused Team Leader to lead coach and mentor the inside sales team.

Reporting to the Customer Service Operations Manager and forming part of the sales team your main areas of responsibility will be; 

Job tasks and responsibilities:
  • Manage, coach, mentor and lead a team of sales account managers 
  • Steer strategic sales plans to deliver growth, profitability and market share
  • Monitor day to day phone performance as defined in KPI’s.
  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
  • Identify training needs and provide coaching and development
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of rehabilitation industry including competitor product knowledge, pricing, industry trends.
  • Assist in the development of positioning strategies.
  • Additional duties as requested or required.
Skills and experience:
  • Minimum 2 years proven track record of driving sales and managing sale team in an inbound/outbound call centre environment
  • Strong ability to build a cohesive sales team that drives revenue growth
  • Ability to set creative targets, incentives and goals for sales teams
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to prioritize and work multiple activities simultaneously and make self-directed decisions.
  • Demonstrated initiative (self-starter)
  • Flexible style (“do whatever it takes” approach)
