Our Partner Managers are responsible for building our partner network and managing existing partner relationships. This role will see you researching potential partner opportunities, growing your pipeline and on the road building solid relationships with existing and potential partners, ensuring they are motivated to refer Neto to their clients.

You will also be tasked with keeping partners abreast of updates to the Neto platform and the benefits these updates will provide businesses using the platform.

It is imperative that you maximise every opportunity to grow the partner market and raise the profile of the Neto brand to drive referrals to the Neto platform.

What does a regular day entail?
  • Identifying, pursuing and securing new business opportunities to grow the Neto Partner portfolio.
  • Generating your own leads independently, developing and building new partner relationships.
  • Preparing presentations and business plans for prospect partners.
  • Owning and delivering on your sales target.
  • Identifying potential channels/target market segments based on the Neto Strategic Plan.
  • Maintaining new and existing partner relationships, providing advice and recommendations regarding the Neto product.
  • Utilising Neto's CRM (Salesforce) to manage new and existing partner pipelines.
  • Identifying and advising management on market trends and competitor activities, and recommending appropriate action to ensure the business is best equipped to succeed.
  • Attending Trade Shows and related industry events with a view to introducing Neto to the broader online industry.
  • Contribute to hosting Neto training workshops and bootcamps to introduce partners to features of the product and obtain feedback and suggestions for product development.
Who are you?

To be successful in this role you will possess:
  • 3-5 years of lead generation, cold calling and face-to-face sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Channel or Partner sales experience.
  • Proven ability in a solution or challenger sales methodology is highly desirable.
  • Outstanding communication, influencing and negotiating skills with a proven ability to overcome objections and close deals.
  • A no fear approach to business development - you are self motivated and target driven
  • Ability to build rapport and develop strong business relationships.
  • High level of personal integrity and initiative and you can be trusted to work autonomously.
  • Structured approach to maximising sales opportunities and pipeline activity.
  • Capability to demonstrate value to business owners and their clients.
  • Experience in SaaS, ecommerce and/or digital technology
  • Confident in bringing ideas on sales optimisation to the table.
  • Experience with Salesforce (not essential)
Location
This role is based in our South Brisbane headquarters and will regularly travel to Sydney to meet with existing a new partners.
