The Role
Our client is looking for an experienced specification representative to target Architects, Designer and Builders across the commercial market. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Seeking out opportunities to grow the business with a consultative approach to secure specification and ultimately project supply
- Developing project specific strategies to secure customer commitment
- Growing the demand for our range with key influencers and decision makers
- Influencing Architects, Designers, and Tier 1 and Tier 2 Builders.
- Tracking projects from specification to delivery.

Skills and Experience
- A strong network of contacts within the architecture and design industry essential
- Previous experience selling a high-end architectural product
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships
- Strong influencing skills and the ability to demonstrate the value add of our products
