Overview:
Operating out of Europe, Australia and The USA, this agency is one of the fastest growing IT recruitment agencies on our books to date. They are due to open in Asia this year and their goal is to organically continue this progression.

About you
This agency wants you to be successful, you can go from trainee recruitment consultant to Team Leader in just three years. 
To qualify for this role you must:

• Have the drive to be successful, you must be a team player who wants to help your peers, you need to be passionate enough to sell the brand 
• You must be goal orientated, money motivated and able to work hard. The harder you work the sooner you will reap the rewards that come with being a successful recruitment consultants
• Have a degree, although there is no degree in recruitment a degree demonstrates that you are able to put your mind to something and see a task through. 
• Sales experience is essential, I am seeking candidates who have worked in a corporate sales environment (out bound call centre, door to door, b2b, b2c sales)
