What's on offer?

The position will be based in the Melbourne office and will place candidates ranging from entry level up through more experienced and specialist positions, utilising various sourcing strategies, including websites, social networking sites, job fairs and agencies.  Working in partnership with the hiring manager, the position will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process including shortlisting, interviews, reference and background checks, issuing contracts, and liaising with candidates.

The successful candidate will also be involved in building upon and developing recruitment strategy for the region, including introducing new systems, policies and processes. 

What are we looking for? (Key Selection Criteria)

With a minimum of 3 years’ recruitment experience in a corporate environment across the full life cycle of recruitment, and with a relevant tertiary qualification, you will take pride in the quality and integrity of your work. You will be highly versed in contemporary recruitment practices, including proactive sourcing candidates through social and other networks. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and have demonstrated strong stakeholder engagement with line managers. You will have a strong working knowledge of relevant employment legislation
