Our client, Goodman Fielder is a leading regional food company across Australia, New Zealand and Asia Pacific. They manufacture, package, distribute, market and sell a wide range of food products including bread, milk, cheese, chicken, flour, cooking oils, spreads, baking ingredients, ice cream and snacks.
Based in North Sydney, you will be the onsite face of PeopleScout and as the Client Delivery Manager, you will quickly develop your understanding of their business and develop internal networks so that you are able to engage and influence key stakeholders during the Recruitment process.
You will lead your team to provide end to end recruitment services across their corporate and manufacturing functions and you will build effective business partnering relationships, develop relevant talent pools, deliver innovative talent projects and build and maintain positive stakeholder relationships. As with all PeopleScout solutions, an understanding of reporting, metrics and analysis is required along with an ability to use this data to develop meaningful conclusions.
This is a key role within the PeopleScout RPO team. We seek someone who has solid experience delivering a high quality internal recruitment function. You are comfortable managing and developing a team, as well as building productive stakeholder relationships. Significant experience in presenting complex recruitment information and solutions to different target audiences is crucial.
