Our client is seeking a Training Specialist who will be accountable for supporting the development and maintenance of the training curriculum and initiatives under the organisation. The key responsibility of this individual will be to continue developing solutions to meet training and accreditation needs.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

Engaged to develop and update training solutions for the telecommunications workforce
Assist in developing training solutions which are based on ICT training package products, organisational specific training and accreditation requirements (as well as assessment tools)
Ensure BAU processes for distribution of documentation for external users
Streamline complex processes

The ideal candidate will have/be:

Experience within a training organisation (keep understanding of curriculum/ assessment development processes)
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment would be advantageous
Ability to work in a complex, agile and hands-on organisation
