A leading professional services firm with an excellent reputation is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 6 month contract.
Working with the Recruitment and People and Culture team, this role will support end to end recruitment of corporate and fee-earning roles.
As an experienced Recruitment professional you will be able to make an impact quickly and be able to partner with senior leaders to recruit senior level positions.
You will meet with Partners and hiring managers to understand job briefs and decide on appropriate recruitment strategy. Managing the roles end to end you will write job adverts, screen and interview candidates, create shortlists and manage the offer process.
To be successful in this role you will ideally have experience working in a professional services firm and of particular interest is a background recruiting legal roles.
