About Them
Established insurance business is  looking for an experienced Diversity and Inclusion Manager is to provide advice to a range of stakeholders on strategic and operational diversity and workforce planning initiatives and activities.


About the Role
Your new role is to support the head of organisational development and culture manager.  You will assist with the management, design, implementation, co-ordination and delivery of strategic and operational diversity and workforce planning projects, initiatives and activities. The role works across the business but will be required to work closely with speciality groups including Business Partnering,  Strategy and Stakeholders and Finance. You will be hands on with the end-to-end diversity and workforce planning role which will involve some coordination, program management & content development.


About You
You will be a results driven HR professional who has managed diversity projects and worked in a fast paced blue and white collar environment. You  will preferably have worked in large complex organisations and are able to establish relationships across all levels of the workforce.  You are happy to role your sleeves up, work independently if needed, but also have a team player approach.
