To be eligible for the abovementioned position, you must meet the following criteria:
- Adminstration experience with strong attention to detail
- Great time management, organisation and coordinating ability
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and work in a team
- Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous experience in mobilisation or recruitment is highly advantageous
- Valid Driver's Licence
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- New employee mobilisations
- Organising pre-employment medicals
- Liaising with clients and candidates
- Coordinate site requirements
- Booking travel and accommodation
- Checking trade qualifications and licences are correct and comply with site requirements
- Strong employee and client focus
