Recruitment Specialist - Business Support / White Collar

Kelly Services Commercial Division is experiencing significant growth through new client acquisition and some recent project wins. Led by our experienced Branch Manager, and reporting to the Team leader our team is looking for a new champion. We are seeking a committed, passionate and highly successful professional with some get up and go! You will work in a team of 4, will like a laugh and enjoy working in a collaborative team environment. Your role will see you speaking to business leaders, human resources and line managers about their recruitment requirements as well as building a solid pool of white collar candidates.


The successful applicant will be given a kick start with some active temps as well as some current vacancies. You will be responsible for 360-degree recruitment in both temporary and permanent positions. Your duties will include:


• Building long term partnerships with clients in your area of speciality
• Developing and maintaining a candidate pool of suitably qualified candidates
• Evaluate, assess, reference check and select candidates for employment in line with Kelly systems, policy, procedures and legislative requirements
• Maintain account management and sales activities including client visits, calls, social media and email marketing material and as well as personal online branding


You will run your desk as your own business with a high level of autonomy. We work towards the achievement of weekly KPI’s and as an experienced consultant you’ll understand why. We do not micromanage however what you put into it, will be reflected in the reward (and bonuses) you get out of it.

The ideal candidate will have


• 1 year + agency recruitment experience
• The ability to think outside the box
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the confidence to present to clients
•Excellent computer skills include Microsoft Work, Excel and Outlook
•Ability to scope the market to source new opportunities
•Be self-motivated and have a competitive drive to succeed
